In the beating heart of the San Pio district in Bari, on Via Iqbal Masih, 'Fuori Orario - San Pio Social Brewery' was born, a project that represents much more than just craft beer production. Inaugurated on May 26, 2023, this brewery is a testament to a social and cultural rebirth, made possible by the strength and determination of a group of local young people. A former abandoned gym has thus given way to a lively gathering place, symbolizing a transformation that unites community, art, and productivity.

A Brewery That Tells Stories of the Land and Youth

The idea arose from the collaboration between the Social Cooperative GET, active for more than twenty years in the neighborhood, and the youth association 'Ragazzi di San Pio,' leading to the creation of a place that combines social innovation and artisan tradition. These young local entrepreneurs passionately and dedicatedly learned the techniques of beer production, developing a line of labels that pay tribute to cult film directors:

Kieślowski – Keller-Pils with a fresh and clean taste,
Fassbinder – Weiss with fruity and aromatic notes,
Lynch – intense and bitter IPA, full of character,
Burton – full-bodied and enveloping Stout.

Each beer is designed to tell a story, an experience, a creative vein that goes beyond the simple product, thus giving “Fuori Orario” a unique and recognizable personality.
