Initially, Fon operated as a beer firm, relying on other breweries for production to carry forward its own recipes. In 2018, the brewery took a decisive step by acquiring a 500-liter production system with an 8,000-liter cellar, thus giving a boost to the autonomous production process. From that moment on, every phase, from the selection of raw materials to fermentation, has been entirely managed in-house, maintaining a strong focus on quality and control.
