Founded in 2014 from the passion and experience of Eros Mattaloni and Marco Simoni, this craft brewery quickly evolved from a simple beer firm to an established production reality in 2015, standing out in the Italian scene for the quality and originality of its beers.
Borderline Brewery’s production philosophy is based on a careful balance between tradition and innovation. The annual production today exceeds 500 hectoliters, achieved thanks to a 12-hectoliter brewhouse and a cellar with a capacity of 50 hectoliters, allowing precise control over every stage of the production process.
