Founded in 2013 as a beer firm, it achieved full independence in 2016 by establishing its own production facility. Founded by Alessandro Sanna and Federico Bianco, two friends and homebrewers passionate since their university days, Bellazzi represents a concrete example of dedication, innovation, and love for brewing tradition.
The name itself, Bellazzi, comes from a colloquial Romagna expression, “Bella Zì!”, a simple and direct greeting that encapsulates the brewery’s philosophy: a genuine, spontaneous, and light spirit, far from the complications and superstructures typical of the craft beer world. This attitude is reflected in every phase of production, where tradition and innovation merge to create beers that surprise with balance and character.
