The name itself, Kinisia, has roots in the local culture: it derives from the ancient Arabic Kanīsa, meaning “church,” recalling the deep connection with the territory of Cinisi. Kanisa: a German-inspired Pilsner, bright golden in color with creamy and persistent foam. On the nose, it offers pleasant notes of malt, honey, and spicy hops. With 5.5% ABV, it pairs perfectly with aged cheeses, cured meats, grilled red meats, and even sushi, proving versatile and refined.
Fara: a Dunkel with an intense copper color and ruby highlights, enriched by light brown creamy foam.
