In the heart of Foggia, at Viale degli Artigiani 30, Rebeers was born, a craft brewery that stands out for the perfect combination of quality, innovation, and deep respect for the territory. Founded by Michele Solimando and Giovanni Simeone, Rebeers has quickly established itself as a prominent player in the Italian brewing scene, earning prestigious awards, including the title of 'Excellence' at the Cerevisia 2023 Award for its iconic beer, Bière Cuvée N°3 — a blonde beer aged in barrique barrels, characterized by a slightly sour, fresh, and smooth note.
A Project Rooted in Apulian Tradition and Sustainability
What makes Rebeers unique is its strong focus on the connection with the territory and sustainability. The brewery launched the 'Fovea Revolution' project, which involves producing beers exclusively with durum wheat malt, a typical and precious raw material of Apulia. One of the most representative products of this initiative is the Fovea beer, which has won important gold and silver medals at the national Birra dell’Anno competition, attesting to the high-quality level achieved.
Rebeers is not limited to producing excellent beers but also commits to sharing brewing culture with the local community through events such as the Fovea Beer Day.
