Campo Biondo Brewery: Passion and Tradition in the Heart of Conselve
Campo Biondo Brewery, located in Conselve in the province of Padua, is an artisanal reality that since 2010 has been carrying forward the culture of Italian craft beer with great dedication. Founded by Piero and Alice Meneghello, the brewery was born from years of home experimentation and a solid education in agricultural sciences, with the aim of creating superior quality beers characterized by an authentic and distinctive profile.
What sets Campo Biondo apart is the meticulous attention in every stage of production: the beers are unfiltered, unpasteurized and bottle-conditioned, a choice that preserves aromas and flavors intact. The selection of raw materials is equally rigorous, focusing on high-level ingredients to guarantee a final product that satisfies even the most demanding palates.
The Campo Biondo Beer Range: Tradition and Innovation
The annual production is around 6,000 hectoliters, carefully managed thanks to a 10-hectoliter brewhouse and a 60-hectoliter cellar. This scale allows close control of every process, ensuring consistency and quality in every batch.
The brewery offers a varied selection mainly divided into two categories:
-
Lager Beers (bottom-fermented):
- Radiosa: a Classic American Pilsner with a fresh, light and perfectly balanced taste.
- Solare: a Munich Helles able to combine sweetness and bitterness with elegance and delicacy.
-
Ale Beers (top-fermented):
- Mistia: a Belgian Tripel with a strong character, rich in complexity and body.
- Eclissi: a Strong Bitter in English Pale Ale style, ideal for those who prefer robust and deep flavors.
In addition to these, also noteworthy are Brezza, a Märzen inspired by the Bavarian Oktoberfest tradition, and Scura, a Strong Scotch Ale (Wee Heavy) with a full and enveloping body.
The recent relocation of the headquarters from Terrassa Padovana to Conselve represented a new beginning for Campo Biondo, without giving up the quality that has always distinguished their production.
Campo Biondo beers find an ideal match paired with traditional Venetian cuisine, such as the famous baccalà alla vicentina. This synergy between beer and gastronomy underlines how the brewery’s products are designed to enhance traditional flavors, offering complete and rewarding tasting experiences.
Campo Biondo Brewery is much more than a producer: it is a true beer artisan, placing passion, care, and the pursuit of excellence at its core, offering all craft beer lovers an unforgettable taste journey in the heart of Veneto.
