Birra di Naon: Friulian Craftsmanship Excellence
Located in Porcia, in the heart of Friuli Venezia Giulia, Birra di Naon is a craft brewery that has stood out since 2014 for producing genuine, fresh, and simple beers. The brewery’s main goal is to enhance the territory through the use of local raw materials, thus highlighting the richness of Friulian tradition and nature.
The project was born from the union of three entrepreneurs with different backgrounds, but with a shared vision: to respect the territory, promote quality, and create a welcoming and unique place for beer enthusiasts. This philosophy is reflected not only in the beers but also in the environment that Birra di Naon offers, turning it into a lively and dynamic space.
Products and Atmosphere: An Authentic Experience
Production takes place in a modern two-vessel plant, with a capacity of 10 hectoliters per brew. Thanks to dedicated fermenters and maturers, the production capacity reaches about 1,000 hectoliters per year. An important choice is not to use filters during the process, to preserve the genuineness and purity of the beers.
Among the most representative beers stands out the Coglians 5, an India Pale Ale characterized by a complex bouquet of floral and fruity aromas. Made with pils malt, pale ale malt, American hops, and juniper berries, this beer is distinguished by a full-bodied taste and an alcohol content of 6.0%. It pairs perfectly with dishes such as:

- Blue cheeses
Alongside production, the Naon Beer Pub offers much more than just a venue: it is a true cultural and gastronomic meeting point. Here, craft beer pairs with seasonal cuisine, attentive to diverse dietary needs with gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options. In addition to food and beer, the pub hosts cultural events such as photo exhibitions, jazz concerts, and DJ sets, creating an atmosphere of sociality and sharing.
