Founded in 2013 from the vision and passion of brothers Claudio and Stefano Cioni, Carnival is the result of a journey marked by experimentation, love for brewing tradition, and meticulous attention to quality.
After years dedicated to homebrewing, in 2015 the Cioni brothers established their own production facility at Via IV Novembre 19, officially launching a project that skillfully combines international influences and artisanal methods. This microbrewery primarily focuses on top fermentation, drawing inspiration from the classic styles of Belgium, Great Britain, and the United States, to create beers with a unique and well-defined personality.
