BIRA Beers: Experimentation and Territorial Taste

• Amarona: an amber beer in the American Pale Ale style, enriched with Treviso radicchio during boiling and a selection of American hops in dry-hopping. A perfect balance between bitterness and floral aromas, with a decisive and enveloping character.
• Kanabira: a top-fermented white beer, distinguished by the addition of hemp and star anise. The result is a fresh, spicy, and surprisingly harmonious beverage.
• Perla: a blonde Pilsner made from Pils malt and Biancoperla corn, with an elegant spice blend of bergamot peel, black pepper, and chamomile. A balanced beer, light in taste but complex.

The annual production is about 12,000 liters, achieved thanks to a 250-liter brew house and a 1,000-liter cellar. This results in limited production but closely controlled at every stage to guarantee consistently fresh and high-quality beers.
