Founded by David Cesari, originally from Parma, the brewery was established with the aim of enhancing local resources and carrying on an authentic brewing tradition respectful of the raw materials.

One of the unique features of Legnone Brewery is its location: the headquarters are at Via Spinera 28, where pure and soft water flows from the Costiera dei Cech, a sunny area of the valley that represents a true natural treasure for brewing.
