Poggio Rossoâs production philosophy is based on self-sufficiency: the production plant uses steam powered by biomass derived from the farm itself, particularly the hazelnut shell, while solar panels support fermentation and cold chain management. This innovative model reduces environmental impact, highlighting the breweryâs commitment to responsible and sustainable production, perfectly integrated into the surrounding landscape.
