Founded in 2022 by Stilber and led by the experience of Filippo Scotti â already known for the success of the brewery 'Lorem Ipsum' â Comedia represents an emerging presence in the Italian brewing scene, capable of combining tradition and experimentation.
Comediaâs production facility is among the most modern in the area: a 1,200-liter brewhouse with double brewing and a refurbished cellar equipped with isobaric fermenters of various sizes. This advanced technology allows the brewery a production capacity exceeding 1,400 hectoliters per year, with cold storage rooms that preserve the freshness and quality of each beer. Every detail is carefully handled to offer an excellent product, from field to glass.
