Nadir Brewery: Excellence in Craft Beer in Sanremo
Nadir Brewery was founded in 2014 in Sanremo, at Via Dante Alighieri 398, thanks to the passion and expertise of Gabriele Genduso, a master brewer with a unique background that combines a solid philosophical education with experience gained in renowned brewing realities such as Pausa CafĂŠ in Saluzzo and Maltus Faber in Genoa. This combination of culture and technique is perfectly reflected in his creations, where each beer tells a story connected to the Ligurian territory.
Signature Beers Between Innovation and Ligurian Tradition
Nadir stands out for an innovative and territory-focused approach: the use of local raw materials is the beating heart of its production. Ingredients such as Taggiasca olive leaves, lavender from the high valley, Badalucco beans, and honey from Imperia are skillfully combined to create beers with a unique flavor deeply tied to Liguria.
Annual production is around 500 hectoliters, with a 12-hectoliter brewhouse and a 50-hectoliter cellar, allowing for rigorous and meticulous artisanal care.
Among the always-available beers, notable are:
- DâOrata: a Belgian Blond Ale at 4.5% alcohol, characterized by great drinkability and delicacy.
- Beatter Generation: American Pale Ale with a balanced profile, intense in aroma thanks to American hops.
- Costa Balenae: wheat beer with added sea salt, similar to Gose but without spices.
- Porta Bugiarda: Amber Ale with caramel malts and a enveloping taste.
- Nonna Tuno: Strong Ale using rye malt, with a bold and complex body.
The seasonal beers, true gems for curious palates, include:
- Montefollia: Saison flavored with Taggiasca olive leaves, balanced and fragrant.
- Jack-a: Golden Ale with Badalucco bean, with an original character.
