Located on an estate of about 55 hectares, the brewery personally selects the finest barley varieties, thus ensuring strict quality control from the land to the final product. The crops extend over the fertile lands of La Brussa, near Caorle: here the intense sun and the sea breeze help give the beers a unique aroma, consisting of genuine scents and characteristic flavors.
