In the heart of Prato, precisely at Via Valdingole 11, stands Fermento Libero - Angel, a brewery that has distinguished itself in the Italian craft beer scene thanks to a perfect blend of tradition and innovation. Founded in 2012 by Davide Bartolotti and Roberto Franchi, both with a background in the textile sector, this brewery tells a story of passion and dedication reflected in every bottle.

The experience and creativity of the founders have allowed Fermento Libero to offer a wide range of beers, from the most classic styles to the most modern interpretations, always with particular attention to the quality of ingredients and production rigor. Among the most famous labels are:

• Porta S. Trinità: an India Pale Ale with a strong and aromatic character, appreciated by lovers of intensely flavored beers.
• Porta Corte: a balanced American Pale Ale, distinguished by its freshness and smooth drinkability.
• Porta Fuia: an American Amber Ale, a perfect balance between sweetness and bitterness, with a warm and enveloping soul.

The brewery has a production system with a capacity of 5 hectoliters and a cellar that can hold up to 20 hectoliters, allowing an annual production of around 240 hectoliters. This limited volume enables Fermento Libero to always focus on artisan excellence and to experiment with new recipes and styles, keeping curiosity and the desire to innovate alive.

For those who wish to discover the world of Fermento Libero up close, two Tap Rooms are available: one at the production site in Prato and the other in Pistoia, born in collaboration with the Beer House Project. These spaces are designed to offer an authentic tasting experience, where you can enjoy beer straight from the source, surrounded by a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The former textile workshop housing the Prato headquarters has been transformed into a rustic and familiar environment, with furnishings that recall the local industrial tradition, creating a place to meet with friends and beer enthusiasts.
