Founded in 2012 by Pierpaolo Pacioni, an expert food technologist with a PhD in the agri-food sector, this family-run brewery combines tradition and innovation to create superior quality beers.

The attention to the selection of raw materials is one of Duep's strengths: local ingredients are preferred to ensure freshness and authenticity in every beer produced. The brewery uses a system with a capacity of 5 hectoliters per batch, allowing an annual production of about 80 hectoliters. This capacity keeps production artisanal, focused on rigorous processing selection and quality control.

Duep Brewery’s beers are inspired by the great brewing traditions of Belgium, Germany, and the Anglo-Saxon world, resulting in balanced labels with a recognizable character. Among the most appreciated beers are:

Perturbation: a Strong Scotch Ale (Wee Heavy) with an intense character and 6% alcohol, enveloping the palate with its full-bodied and immersive flavor.
Quies: a light and fresh Blond Ale, with an alcohol content of 3.7%, ideal for those seeking a refreshing and delicate beer.
Gléba Weiss: Bavarian Weizen at 5.3%, with fruity and spicy notes, perfect for wheat beer lovers.
