War Brewery: Tradition and Innovation at the Gates of Milan
Located on Via Cascina San Moro in Cassina de' Pecchi, right at the gates of Milan, War Brewery represents an excellence in the Italian craft brewing scene. Founded in 2016, this brewery has managed to transform a 17th-century agricultural barn into a modern production facility without giving up the historical charm of the building. The large trussed ceilings and original beams still today constitute a distinctive element that perfectly combines history and modernity.
The production plant, designed by Eco Brew Tech, consists of a 5-hectoliter brewhouse and six refrigerated fermentation tanks, each with a capacity of 10 hectoliters. This setup allows War Brewery to produce high-quality craft beers using exclusively selected ingredients, starting with barley grown and malted directly on site. This process guarantees beers with unmistakable freshness and authenticity, the result of artisanal care that can be perceived in every sip.
