Beerserk Agricultural Microbrewery: the Craft Excellence of Bagnacavallo
In the heart of Bagnacavallo, in the province of Ravenna, sits Beerserk, an agricultural microbrewery that since 2021 has been winning over craft beer enthusiasts with unique and high-quality offerings. Located at Via Grattacoppa 5, Beerserk represents an emerging reality in Emilia-Romagna, a symbol of the perfect combination of tradition and innovation in the brewing world.
Beerserkâs Beers: Tradition and Character
Beerserk distinguishes itself by producing two main labels, each with distinctive features and a well-defined identity:
-
Tyr: an Irish Red Ale with an intense amber color and fine, persistent foam. This beer opens with warm aromas of caramelized sugar, hazelnut, and toffee, accompanied by delicate floral notes of rose and violet and a subtle hint of dried fruit such as plum and date. On the palate, Tyr surprises with fruity esters of apple, plum, strawberry, and cherry, harmonized with malt, bread, and caramel aromas. With a medium-bodied structure and elegant carbonation, it leads to a decisive finish characterized by earthy and herbal bitterness intertwined with toasted hints of hazelnut, cocoa, and a light liquorice touch.
-
Sif: a Blonde Ale with a light golden color and fine, long-lasting foam. On the nose, Sif envelops with intense scents of white flowers such as jasmine and acacia, followed by bready notes of bread crumb, cereals, peach, and apricot. On the palate, it is delicate, with lively effervescence that highlights fruity notes of apricot and peach pulp, paired with herbal and spicy nuances. The firm and persistent bitterness delivers a pleasant dry finish and a clean palate inviting sip after sip.
Quality, Sustainability, and Hospitality
Beerserk is committed to enhancing the local agricultural supply chain, using cereals and hops grown directly on the farm to ensure total control over the quality of raw materials and promote environmental sustainability. This philosophy is reflected in the beers, authentic and crafted with care in every detail.
