Founded by Paolo Mattavelli, a chemist by training and a passionate homebrewer, the brewery grew starting as a beer firm until the inauguration in 2021 of its own production facility at Via Trento 2. This evolution allowed Gorgonziner to consolidate its identity, focusing on meticulous attention to raw materials and the care of recipes, all conceived directly by head brewer Paolo.
