Pica: a Golden Ale with a bold and fresh character, at 4.8% alcohol by volume. It stands out for the blend of Pilsner and Pale Ale barley malts and the use of Magnum and Northern Brewer hops grown just meters from the brewery. This beer is a direct tribute to the genuineness of local products.
Volpe: a Red Ale with a rich and complex flavor, at 6.5% alcohol content. Its structure comes from a blend of over six different malts, creating an intense and enveloping taste experience.
Sila: an original creation that celebrates the area’s typical ingredients. Among its most distinctive elements are the purple potato, used in the mashing process to add body and smoothness, and pine buds, added during the whirlpool to accentuate refreshing and balsamic aromatic notes.
