CrAk Brewery: Craft Excellence in the Heart of Campodarsego
CrAk Brewery is a fully independent artisan agricultural brewery rooted in Campodarsego, in the province of Padua. Founded in 2015, it quickly carved out a leading role in the Italian brewing scene, thanks to a constant focus on quality and innovation. This dedication has earned it important recognitions, such as the prestigious title of 'Brewery of the Year' awarded in 2018 and again in 2023.
One of the features that makes CrAk Brewery unique is its strong passion for hops. In 2017, it was the first brewery in Italy to travel to the Yakima Valley in the United States to personally select the best batches of this precious raw material. This direct and meticulous approach is reflected in the quality of the beers, with particular focus on IPAs, Double Dry-Hopped IPAs (DDH IPA), and NEIPAs, recognized for their intense, complex, and always original aromatic profile.
Beer and Agriculture: An Inseparable Bond
CrAk Brewery is not only a brewery but also agricultural: the company directly cultivates its own land, where barley, a hop field, an apiary, and an orchard grow. This synergy between agriculture and artisanal production allows total control over the entire production chain, thus ensuring maximum freshness and quality in every bottle.
The brewery’s peculiarities can also be discovered by visiting its welcoming TapRoom, open Monday to Friday from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM, with variable hours on weekends. Here it is possible to taste all CrAk beers, accompanied by dishes prepared with fresh ingredients often harvested directly from their farm. An authentic experience that tells the story of passion for the territory and Italian brewing culture.
In May 2025, CrAk Brewery celebrated its first ten years with the event '10 di questi Crak,' a party that involved enthusiasts and friends, revisiting the challenges faced and the milestones achieved in a decade of constant commitment.
