Noiz Craft Brewery: Passion and Quality in Santarcangelo di Romagna
Noiz is a craft brewery located in Santarcangelo di Romagna, in the province of Rimini, precisely at Via Marecchiese 1350. Founded in 2019 by Marco Brussolo and Michele Del Vecchio, it was born from a shared strong passion for craft beer and the desire to create beers that tell the story of the authenticity of the Romagna territory with every sip.
The story of Noiz is fascinating and spontaneous: it all began in a small garage, where Marco, a computer engineer and brewmaster, and Michele, with experience in the clothing sector, dedicated their free time to experimenting with new recipes. These first amateur productions immediately won over friends and acquaintances, pushing the two founders to turn a passion into a solid and innovative project in the world of craft beer.
Living Beers and Innovative Tradition
Noiz’s distinctive feature is the production of living beers, meaning unfiltered and unpasteurized, thus preserving to the fullest the organoleptic properties, aromas, and freshness of the finished product. Each beer is born from a meticulous selection of raw materials, a direct expression of the desire to combine tradition and innovation in a production process crafted down to the finest details.
Among the most representative labels are:
- Blackground: an Oatmeal Stout with an intense black color and creamy foam, rich in aromas reminiscent of coffee and cocoa.
- Slapback: an American Brown Ale with a enveloping taste featuring notes of caramel, hazelnut, and roasted cereals.
- Cut.It.Out: an American Pale Ale characterized by citrusy, floral, and spicy aromas, with a pronounced herbal bitterness.
- Yes Sir: a golden English Golden Ale with white foam and delicate aromas of cereal, herbs, and citrus.
Alongside production, Noiz has created a special Tap Room, a welcoming space inside the brewery where it is possible to taste draft beers and enjoy their full freshness. The Tap Room is also a cultural and social meeting point, hosting events ranging from courses and exhibitions to concerts and DJ sets, thus becoming a lively and dynamic place in the heart of Romagna.
