The adventure began in 2013 with the beer tavern Cerevisia Vetus, a project that transformed a simple hobby, nurtured in garages during university years, into a concrete and innovative reality. The founders—the brothers Marco and Paolo Stirpe, together with Domenico Iorfida and Diego Fiacco—were inspired by their travels in Europe and experiences at national festivals to create something authentic and distinctive.
In 2019, Tsunami made an important leap forward with the creation of its own production facility, giving life to a brand that today stands out for originality and quality. The name “Tsunami” is not accidental: it symbolizes a powerful and overwhelming wave that aims to impact the local market with beers capable of surprising and conquering, combining tradition and experimentation.
