Radical Brewery is a craft brewery that quickly made its mark on the Italian beer scene thanks to the passion and expertise of its founders: Nicola Baroncini, Marco Fornai, and Gabriele Lorenzi. Located in Porcari, in the province of Lucca, in the picturesque region of Tuscany, the brewery was established in 2020 as a beerfirm and then became an independent producer in 2022, establishing itself as a dynamic and innovative presence in the world of craft beer.

Its unique strength lies in Radical Farm, a farmstead covering more than 10 hectares where barley, hops, and other cereals are carefully cultivated following sustainable and environmentally friendly methods. Radical Farm holds the record as the second largest hop producer in Italy by area and the first in Tuscany, representing a true point of reference in the zero-kilometer beer production supply chain.
