Thirsty Brothers is a craft brewery born in Atina, in the heart of the province of Frosinone, thanks to the shared passion of three friends for homemade beer. After years of experiments as homebrewers, these enthusiasts decided to turn their dream into reality, creating a brewery that skillfully combines tradition and innovation in brewing.
Since 2019, Thirsty Brothers has evolved into an agricultural company, directly cultivating high-quality barley and hops in the lands of the picturesque Comino Valley. This choice allows the use of self-produced raw materials that give their beers a unique and distinctive character, tied to the territory and the seasonality of the products.
A rich and original beer selection
The brewery offers a range of varied and exciting craft beers, spanning from classic international styles to bolder creations. Among their productions you can taste:
- IPA (India Pale Ale) with a strong and aromatic taste
- APA (American Pale Ale), characterized by a pleasant balance
- Pils, sober and with a light body
- Blanche, fresh and spicy
In addition to the classics, Thirsty Brothers is also distinguished by its experiments, with Sour beers enriched with unusual ingredients such as mint, medlar, pomegranate, and cherries. One of their most innovative productions is undoubtedly the IGA with Cabernet grapes, which merges brewing tradition with winemaking, offering a surprising sensory experience.
The care in selecting raw materials and collaboration with local realities are at the core of every creation, making each beer authentic and deeply rooted in the territory.
Experience and hospitality: the Tap Room in L’Aquila
Since 2023, Thirsty Brothers has expanded its presence with the opening of a Tap Room in L’Aquila, in partnership with the microbrewery Opperbacco. Here it is possible to enjoy up to 12 taps of craft beers, along with a selection of bottles and cans, in a welcoming and casually convivial environment, perfect for lovers of quality beers.
