In the picturesque area of San Michele all'Adige, Trentino, Birra del Bosco was born, an artisan microbrewery that since 2013 has established itself as a benchmark for lovers of quality beer. Founded by Gabriele, a master brewer with a solid international background, Birra del Bosco boasts a brewing selection inspired by Belgian tradition, creatively reinterpreted with attention to detail.
The history of this brewery is one of continuous growth: starting as a Beer Firm, in 2014 it took an important step forward by acquiring its own production plant. This allowed it to expand the range of beers and improve production capacity, while firmly maintaining an artisanal philosophy that prioritizes quality raw materials and careful craftsmanship.

Birra del Bosco offers a varied catalogue, designed to satisfy the most demanding and curious palates. Production is mainly divided into two lines: the Classic Line and the Special Line, each with distinctive characteristics and well-defined aromatic profiles.
Classic Line
The Classic Line is a journey through styles and flavors, featuring balanced beers with a strong identity:
