In the heart of the Marche, in Cupramontana, lies the microbrewery Molesto, a project born in 2020 from a group of friends passionate about homebrewing and innovation. Here, the production of craft beer stands out for its experimental nature, aimed at creating unique and high-quality beers, produced in small batches that allow constant refinement of the recipes.
One of Molesto’s most original features is its complete self-sufficiency in barley cultivation, naturally grown just steps away from the brewery. This direct connection with the land not only guarantees the freshness and quality of the raw materials but also highlights a strong commitment to environmental sustainability.
A taste experience between tradition and innovation
Molesto does not limit itself to classic beer styles but loves to push boundaries with creations that surprise the palate:

Located in the Verdicchio area, famous for its white wines, Molesto also manages to enhance local winemaking traditions by incorporating typical vineyard elements, such as red grapes, into its productions, creating a perfect blend between beer and wine.
To fully experience the atmosphere surrounding the microbrewery, it is possible to visit the Tap Room at Enocupra MIG in Cupramontana, a welcoming space where all varieties can be tasted. Additionally, the workshop on via Mandriole allows enthusiasts to witness the production process, discovering the artisanal methods and care employed in the making of every bottle.
