The Krimisos Brewery, located in the heart of Castellammare del Golfo at 168 Via Segesta, was born from the deep passion of three friends who in 2018 decided to turn their love for craft beer into a tangible reality. Initially started as a beer firm, the brewery made a leap in quality in January 2020, when it acquired its own production facility, thus consolidating its distinctive presence in the Sicilian brewing scene.

The name Krimisos is a tribute to the Crimiso river, an element rich in history and mythology evoked in Virgil’s Aeneid, which flows right near Castellammare del Golfo. This strong connection to the territory represents one of the keys to the brewery’s identity, which is committed to enhancing local traditions through every beer it produces.

Krimisos’ production is a sensory journey into Sicilian culture and typical ingredients. Each beer is a small work of art, a top-fermented brew characterized by carefully selected raw materials to enhance authentic and unique flavors. Among the most renowned creations are:

Chiara: a refined and delicate Blonde Ale, enriched with honey produced by Sicilian black bees that gives a floral aroma and an unmistakable natural sweetness.
Bruna: a Smoked Ale with a strong character, featuring intense smoky notes and a spicy touch from local chili pepper, ideal for those who love bold and surprising tastes.
