Rebvs Craft Brewery: Excellence and Tradition in Civè di Correzzola
In the heart of the province of Padua, in Civè di Correzzola, __Rebvs was born, a craft brewery that since 2020 has been passionately and dedicatedly carrying forward the culture of quality beer. Founded by three young friends – Matteo, Nicolò, and Simone – Rebvs stands out as a virtuous example of Italian craft beer production, capable of combining tradition, innovation, and sustainability.
The brewery’s philosophy is based on a slow brew approach, a method that favors slow and controlled fermentation and maturation. This process allows the organoleptic characteristics of each beer to be maximized, obtaining rich and complex aromatic profiles that make every sip an authentic and refined sensory experience.
The Quality of the Beers and Local Commitment
Rebvs uses exclusively raw materials selected from Italian supply chains, favoring local suppliers to ensure freshness and sustainability. Environmental attention is an integral part of the mission, with production practices that reduce ecological impact and promote responsible development.
Among the flagship beers of the brewery, some labels perfectly tell the variety and stylistic identity of Rebvs:
- Zero: an American Pale Ale with a strong character, 5.6% alcohol content and 22 IBU bitterness. It offers fresh fruity notes, between citrus zest and delicate fragrances of orange blossom and orange.
- Fula: a light and harmonious Belgian Ale, with 4.7% alcohol and 15 IBU, characterized by hints of coriander and bergamot, perfect for summer days.
- Clan: an intense Scottish Ale, 6.8% alcohol and 18 IBU, with a soft body and rich complex flavors such as brandied plum, raisin, nuts, and light smoky notes.
- Nemesi: a Witbier with a unique aromatic profile, 4.8% alcohol, capable of surprising with its elegance and freshness.
Not just beer, therefore, but a true taste journey that reflects Rebvs’s ability to enhance every ingredient with artisan care.
Beyond production quality, Rebvs also stands out for its social commitment. Already in 2020, it promoted a special “Christmas Beer,” the proceeds of which were donated to support a local association that helps victims of crime and duty, highlighting the brewery’s deep attention to the community in which it operates.
The experience offered by Rebvs is not limited to just drinking beer: the brewery is hosted within the agribeer farm La Rebosola, an agritourism and focacceria where Venetian culinary tradition and craft brewing meet. Here it is possible to taste the beers alongside typical local dishes, thus completing a journey of authentic and genuine flavors.
Rebvs thus represents an excellence in the panorama of ____Italian microbreweries, a place where passion, respect for the environment, and enhancement of artisanal traditions merge to create beers capable of telling the story of the territory and the soul of Veneto.
