Founded in 2022 by Antonio De Caprio together with his siblings Alfredo, Marida, and Marco, this brewery stands out for its love of the territory and the desire to create beers that tell the story of a land rich in culture and passion.
One of Birra Cala’s most authentic features is the use of pure water sourced from the slopes of the Pollino National Park, a fundamental element that gives its creations a unique and distinctive character.
