Casa Gori Farm: the authentic microbrewery in the heart of Val d'Orcia

The farm covers 28 hectares of land including vineyards, woods, cultivated fields, and animal breeding areas, creating a diverse ecosystem that positively influences the quality of the raw materials used. The beer production, which started as a home hobby with a small 50-liter system, has evolved over time: after five years operating as a beer firm, in 2020 Casa Gori launched its own production line, bringing to market beers that tell the story and essence of rural Tuscany.

Casa Gori’s philosophy is to create beers that are a faithful expression of the territory, linked to traditions but with an innovative touch. Among the most appreciated specialties stand out:
- Pale Ale 'Un gioco da ragazzi': a fresh and drinkable beer that combines balance and lightness.
- Saison 'Old Style': characterized by the addition of wheat and rye, it is a craft production that recalls the seasons of old.
- Belgian Dark Ale 'Sbucciami': a particular and aromatic creation, enriched with organic apples, hawthorn leaves, anise, and orange blossoms, capable of offering a unique sensory experience.
