Since 2019, the Zanei family has skillfully combined two passions: creating high-quality pizzas and producing craft beers, giving life to a unique place where you can enjoy local specialties in a warm and family-friendly environment.

The venue, located at Via Domenica Targa 75, offers about one hundred seats indoors and, during the warm season, a spacious outdoor terrace with an additional eighty seats, ideal for enjoying the serene atmosphere of the Plateau. The attention to hospitality is also reflected in the area dedicated to children, equipped with games and books for a family-friendly welcome.

The On-Site Craft Brewery

One of the highlights is undoubtedly the in-house brewery, which produces a range of craft beers designed to enhance local ingredients and offer unique and distinctive flavors:

BIR.BA: light amber beer with malty and spicy notes, balanced by Trentino hops.
MET.IU: cloudy pale beer, fresh and thirst-quenching, with an aromatic scent of local hops.
VAI(a).ZEN: wheat beer with a light citrus flavor, typical of raw wheat.
VIN.TER: dark beer with a malty taste featuring spicy hints and balance from Trentino hops.
BEE.R: amber beer with honey and buckwheat, the result of a collaboration with Gocce d’Oro Company.
PAGNOCA: craft beer with a salty note and a dry finish, born from a partnership with Grisenti Bakery.
PILS: classic Pils beer with a hazy straw color, easy to drink with a gentle bitterness at the finish.

Those wishing to enjoy these specialties comfortably at home can use the take-away and home delivery service, available in various time slots throughout the entire Piné Plateau and Pergine Valsugana. Delivery costs just 1 euro per pizza but is free with the order of any craft beer. The special 2-liter bottle can also be ordered, with a deposit required for the container.
