Founded in January 2016, the brewery is the natural evolution of a passion shared for years, first cultivated in home kitchens and then perfected through experience in a Piedmontese brewery. Here, with a 3-hectolitre brew system and an annual production of around 300 hectolitres, the team realized a dream that blends artisanal tradition with innovation.
