In the heart of Trodica, a district of Morrovalle in the Marche region (MC), stands Sothis Craft Brewery, a family-run business born in December 2018 from the desire to turn a shared passion into a concrete project. Alessandro Dichiara and his wife Vania Marzetti brought this craft brewery to life, inspired by the richness of Egyptian civilization: the name itself, Sothis, refers to the Egyptian deity associated with the star Sirius, a symbolic element representing the beginning of a new cycle and the fertility of the land.
Their journey into the world of brewing traces back to the early 2000s, with homebrewing experiments that allowed them to refine their techniques and recipes until reaching a professional level. This path of growth and dedication led to the establishment of a dynamic brewery, able to combine tradition and innovation.

Sothis stands out for a production that looks beyond Italian borders, mainly embracing British styles, but without overlooking Belgian, American, and German influences. Sothis beers are a journey of flavors, made with natural methods: they are unfiltered, unpasteurized, and bottle-conditioned, a combination that ensures a genuine product, full of aroma and body.
Among the most appreciated offerings is the Prototipo - Gluten Free, a Golden Ale with a lively golden-yellow color, a bouquet of citrus notes, and a well-balanced bitter finish, perfect for those who want a light beer with a strong personality.
