TUM Farm: Artisan Excellence at the Foot of the Rocca di Cavour
Located in a charming natural setting at the foot of the Rocca di Cavour Nature Park, TUM Farm is a genuine example of passion and dedication to organic farming and quality artisanal production. Founded by Luca Bruzzone, a former mechanical draftsman who decided to follow the call of the land, the farm was established with the aim of valuing time as a fundamental element to cultivate and obtain genuine and environmentally respectful products.
TUM’s Philosophy: 'Tempo di Un Momento' (Time of a Moment)
The name TUM is an acronym that means 'Tempo di Un Momento', a concept that reflects the desire to take all the time necessary to carefully work with cereals such as barley, spelt, and buckwheat. These cereals, grown directly in the company’s fields, are transformed into products that highlight authenticity and tradition, without compromising quality.
Among the company’s specialties stand out the craft beers, defined as “Emotional Beers” for their distinctive character and their ability to tastefully tell the story and passion behind each bottle. The range includes:
- Alégria, a fresh and fragrant wheat beer
- Faith, a balanced and versatile blonde ale
- Liebe, a red beer with intensity and body
- Enjoy, an IPA with a strong and aromatic character
Besides beers, TUM produces a variety of high-quality baked goods, including:
- stone-milled flours
- heat-pressed crackers
- pearled cereals
All made with raw materials grown on their own certified organic land, guaranteeing a healthy product, free from preservatives, and in full respect of the environment.
