Born in 2015 in Fenegrò, in the province of Como, the brewery I Colori del Gusto is the realization of a dream shared by four friends: Filippo Bellome, Mauro Berniga, Valerio Taborelli, and Giovanni Marsan, the latter being the head brewer of the project. Their passion for craft beer translates into a constant commitment to producing high-quality beers, made exclusively with selected raw materials and in full respect of the environment. The brewery’s symbol, an elegant chameleon, is no coincidence: it represents the ability to adapt, renew, and experiment, just as it happens in nature.

Since 2018, production has taken place at the new headquarters on Via Varese 23 in Fenegrò, where the team continues to create unique beers, designed to conquer even the most demanding palates.
