Established by Michele Andriani, with the valuable support of his sister Antonietta and wife Maria Felicia Leone, this microbrewery stands out for its artisanal approach and meticulous care in selecting raw materials.
The name B31 is a tribute to the code found in the first work booklet of Michele’s father, Salvatore, symbolizing dedication, sacrifice, and experience—values that permeate every stage of production. Located at Via Benedetto Croce 31/B, in the heart of Gravina’s PIP industrial zone, B31 quickly conquered the local market, becoming a benchmark for craft beer enthusiasts in Puglia and beyond.
Quality and Variety in the Service of Taste
The monthly production of B31 Brewery is around 20,000 liters, a significant quantity reflecting the growing demand and love for this product. The range of beers offered includes various styles, such as:
