In the heart of Francolise, in the province of Caserta, Stimalti Craft Brewery was born, a project that has embodied the passion for quality beer since 2015. Founded by Ferdinando Lonardo and a group of partners, Stimalti stands out for its ability to create authentic beers that move and engage, never being banal or repetitive.
Stimalti is not just a brewery, but a true creative workshop where every stage of the production process is carefully managed down to the smallest detail. The passion for beer has transformed a simple hobby into a solid and constantly growing business: from the opening of the first 7.5-hectoliter system in 2014, it moved to a new facility in 2019 with a 25-hectoliter production system, which allows maintaining a perfect balance between quality and quantity.

The quality of Stimalti beers is based on a careful selection of raw materials and a rigorous production process:
- Purified water: every type of beer is made from softened and purified water through a reverse osmosis system, specially calibrated to enhance the flavors of each recipe.
- Carefully selected ingredients: yeasts, malts, and hops are carefully chosen by the brewer to ensure each beer has a unique and recognizable character.
- Fermentation control: beers are refermented in a warm cellar and then stored in a cold cellar with constant temperature control, ensuring stability and freshness.
