At the beginning, production was entrusted to the facilities of friendly breweries, a formula called 'brew firm' that allowed the founders to refine their recipes and define their own style. However, in July 2017, Birrificio Amerino took an important step by acquiring its own brewing system, thus transforming its vision into a concrete and autonomous reality. This gave them the opportunity to freely experiment and constantly improve the beers offered.

The brewery’s flagship feature is its brewhouse, a facility with a capacity of 15 hectoliters where simple but carefully selected ingredients – water, malt, and hops – are transformed into complex and refined beers. At the heart of this process is the brewmaster, whose experience ensures careful production full of character.
The production cycle is completed with the fermentation phase, which takes place in special tanks where the yeast initiates the magic creation of aromas and flavors. The beer remains in fermentation for two weeks, then proceeds to bottling with an additional refermentation, thus guaranteeing superior quality and the right effervescence.
Birrificio Amerino’s mission is clear: to passionately reinterpret beer styles from around the world, while maintaining a strong identity deeply connected to the Italian territory. This dedication to experimentation has also brought the brewery recognition in competitions, winning prestigious awards such as:
