The breweryâs flagship feature is its brewhouse, a facility with a capacity of 15 hectoliters where simple but carefully selected ingredients â water, malt, and hops â are transformed into complex and refined beers. At the heart of this process is the brewmaster, whose experience ensures careful production full of character.
The production cycle is completed with the fermentation phase, which takes place in special tanks where the yeast initiates the magic creation of aromas and flavors. The beer remains in fermentation for two weeks, then proceeds to bottling with an additional refermentation, thus guaranteeing superior quality and the right effervescence.
