Beer In Brewery: The Artisan Excellence of Trivero
Beer In Brewery, founded in 2011 in Trivero, a small village in the province of Biella, is a virtuous example of artisanal microbrewing from Piedmont. Here, live beers are produced—unpasteurized and continuously evolving—using traditional methods that exclude the use of additives or preservatives. Their philosophy is simple but effective: to respect the authentic character of the beer, preserving every nuance of taste and aroma.
The operational headquarters are located in a former spinning mill, a historic building closely linked to the textile tradition of the Biella area. A setting that unites past and present, enhancing the territory also through the sourcing of a fundamental element for production: water. This comes from the clear springs of the mountains of Val Sessera and the Zegna Oasis, giving the beers a unique personality strongly tied to the local area.
The Beers and the Team Behind Beer In
The beating heart of the brewery is the team led by brewmaster Gianni Mazza, a figure with over thirty years of industry experience, who carefully and competently coordinates production. On the operational side, Luca Fila Robattino takes care of fermentation and processing stages, while Davide Canazza manages commercial operations, maintaining balanced business growth.
Beer In’s beer range is a journey through classic styles and Italian reinterpretations, offering everything from Pils to American Pale Ale, from Dark Strong Belgian Ale to Porter, Hefe Weizen, and Smoked Beer. Among the most appreciated are:
- Gil (The Dormouse): a clear Pils with golden reflections, fresh and easy drinking.
- Creamin' Ale: an intense Robust Porter flavored with coffee and chocolate, perfect for those who enjoy bold flavors.
An important recognition came with the “Beer of the Year” award, where Hop Hop, an English IPA hopped with English ingredients, took first place in its category, confirming the brewery’s quality and innovation.
To experience Beer In fully, the taproom is open from Thursday to Saturday, offering not only tastings of the beers directly at the source but also pairings with typical local dishes such as stuffed potatoes, mixed cold cuts boards, and other aperitif options. Additionally, the beers are also available at the Mash Beer restaurant and Brew Pub, a cozy setting ideal for lunches and dinners celebrating artisanal flavors.
For those wishing to take home a piece of Trivero’s tradition, the company outlet is open Monday to Friday with convenient hours for direct purchase of the beers.
Beer In Brewery thus stands out as a reference point for those seeking superior quality craft beers that tell a story of territory, passion, and respect for the brewing art.
