The story of Frassino Microbrewery is a journey that began in 2014, when Matteo, inspired by the legacy of his grandfather Vito and his connection to Basilicata, decided to rediscover and enhance the cultivation of organic cereals. The lands around the facility, farmed using sustainable methods, produce barley, an essential ingredient for the craft beers brewed here, thus combining nature and local work.
