Labi Brewery: Craft Excellence in the Heart of Vicenza
The Labi Brewery, located in Rosà, in the province of Vicenza, represents a dynamic and innovative presence in the Italian craft beer scene. Founded in 2014 by three friends united by a genuine passion for quality beer, Labi quickly earned a prominent place thanks to products characterized by research, care, and a strong connection to European brewing tradition.
The name itself, Labi, is a play on words with a double meaning: on one hand, the acronym for La Artigianale Birra Italiana (The Italian Craft Beer), and on the other, a clear reference to the heart of the project – beer. This choice is effective in creating a memorable and immediate brand, capable of communicating from the start the quality and passion behind every production.
The Beers and Production Philosophy
Labi decisively focuses on top-fermented beers, drawing inspiration especially from typical Anglo-Saxon and Belgian styles, long synonymous with uniqueness and aromatic complexity. Among its most recognized creations are specialties that have won over enthusiasts:
- Crazy Rider – a Belgian Blond Ale with a strong character, 7% alcohol, combining freshness with delicate spicy notes.
- Dark Rider – an intense and enveloping Robust Porter with 7.5% alcohol, able to impress with its roasted aromas.
- Dulcis – a Tripel with a full body and 10% alcohol, a perfect example of balance between sweetness and richness.
- Flemish Thunder – a Dubbel at 6.5%, rich and complex, ideal for those seeking a beer with a strong yet refined character.
- Hoppy Sunset – a 6% IPA offering a hop-rich experience with intense aromas.
Beyond the careful selection of raw materials and skill in production, Labi Brewery stands out for its concrete commitment to sustainability and innovation. Inside the facility, an in-house management of the Excise Warehouse is present, a solution that significantly facilitates exports and makes distribution faster and more efficient both nationally and abroad.
With an annual production capacity of about 1,000 hectoliters and a 20-hectoliter brewhouse, Labi continues to grow and solidify its presence in the craft beer world, offering a unique experience to those who wish to discover and appreciate the true value of Italian beers.
Labi’s strategic location, on Via del Lavoro in Rosà, makes it an ideal stop for anyone wishing to immerse themselves in the authentic taste of craft beers, discovering up close the passion and art behind every bottle.
