Founded by Iacopo Fabbri and Cristiano Settesoldi, the brewery quickly earned a prominent position in the Italian beer scene thanks to meticulous care in selecting raw materials and a strong connection with the local territory.
Production is based exclusively on the use of 100% Italian barley malt, sourced from strictly controlled local crops. This approach allows them to create authentic beers with a genuine flavor, deeply rooted in the Tuscan territory. The beers from I Due Mastri are neither filtered nor pasteurized, thus preserving their organoleptic properties intact and offering a full, rich, and natural tasting experience.
