The Valdarno Superiore Brewery (BVS) was founded in 2013 in Pergine Valdarno, in the province of Arezzo, and quickly established itself as a prominent player in the Italian craft beer scene. Located at Via Nazionale 82, in the picturesque area of Malafrasca, the brewery stands out for producing top-fermentation beers, strongly inspired by the Tuscan tradition and the surrounding territory.

One of the elements that makes BVS’s production unique is the use of a private well, drawing extremely pure, particularly hard and mineral-rich water from local underground aquifers. This natural characteristic is essential for promoting optimal yeast fermentation and, consequently, imparting to the beers the quality and aromatic complexity that distinguish them. The surrounding area, made up of cultivated fields, vineyards, and organic olive groves, ensures the preservation of the purity of water resources, making every product authentic and closely linked to the land.
