The Gedeone Craft Brewery, founded in 2011 in Costa Vescovato, in the province of Alessandria, is the result of a project that combines agricultural experience, love for the territory, and artisanal dedication. Founded by Carmelo, Lucile, and Luca, it takes its name from Gedeone, Carmelo’s dog, a loyal companion since the beginning of this brewing adventure. This emotional bond reflects the family-oriented and authentic spirit that can be sensed in the beers produced.

The company was born from the roots of the Cooperativa Valli Unite, with strong experience in organic farming, which has deeply influenced the brewery’s production philosophy. The choice to use only organic and natural raw materials is central to their work, thus ensuring genuine products, without preservatives, unfiltered and unpasteurized.
