The Gedeone Craft Brewery, founded in 2011 in Costa Vescovato, in the province of Alessandria, is the result of a project that combines agricultural experience, love for the territory, and artisanal dedication. Founded by Carmelo, Lucile, and Luca, it takes its name from Gedeone, Carmeloâs dog, a loyal companion since the beginning of this brewing adventure. The company was born from the roots of the Cooperativa Valli Unite, with strong experience in organic farming, which has deeply influenced the breweryâs production philosophy.
