Dolmen Brewery was founded in 2005 in Uri, in the province of Sassari, as a small artisanal project by Fabio Scarpa, who created beers inspired by the millenary traditions of Sardinia. From humble beginnings in a garage, Dolmen has steadily grown, first moving within Uri and then, in 2022, to the modern industrial premises in Predda Niedda, Sassari. Here, a state-of-the-art facility was built, capable of producing up to 2,500 hectoliters annually, while firmly maintaining the artisanal spirit that has always distinguished its beers.
