The brewery's name originates from Rovigoâs history, specifically from the Grimani Tower, one of the two surviving medieval towers in the city. Known as 'Torre Mozza' (the Cut Tower) due to the collapse of its upper part, this structure has become both a symbol and identity for the brewery. The logo visually recalls the historical plan of the walls of the Rovigo castle, represented by an inverted pentagon surrounded by two ears of grain and a hop flowerâa clear reference to territorial roots and the agricultural essence of the product.
